Bacon and pickles sounded like a crazy pregnancy craving but I'm here to tell you this is damn good (and I am most definitely NOT pregnant). The pickle flavor softens a bit and the bacon flavor intensifies. We also made a few with some dijon mustard spread on the pickle before wrapping in bacon. And yes, let them cool just a little before eating because that pickle juice can be flaming hot. These are perfect for snacking!
