Jessie and Katie Hancock scoured the country to find the right place to start their pickling business. Portland was the winner, with its access to fabulous fresh produce -- which can now be found, bathed in spiced vinegar, in jars of Unbound Pickling's wares, sold at farmers markets and in local stores.
