Do you know what this is? It is a German dish, which consists of meat rolls filled with Bacon, onions and PICKLES! This is on of my family's favorite dishes, probably because when I make it, it's considered a special occasion! You really have to try it if you haven't had it yet. Oh, one thing... if you add just a tidbit of horseradish, it changes the whole thing from awesome to spectacular!
