There are lots of ways to make pickles, but our favorite way is lacto-fermentation. Lacto-fermented vegetables are incredibly easy to digest and they introduce good bacteria into your intestines. They’re also a very safe way to pickle, as long as you make sure there isn’t oxygen being introduced during the fermentation process. This process is great, as well, because it doesn’t require any sugar or vinegar.
