Today is National Raspberry & Cream Day, so I have been searching everywhere for some kind of raspberry pickle recipe. I was so happy to find this one, and after reading it, I need to make this! It sounds dee-lish!

Ingredients
Cucumber with peel, 2 large about 8 inches long
Annie's Naturals Low Fat Raspberry Vinaigrette, 2 tbsp
Cider Vinegar, 1 cup
Directions
Slice Cucumbers place in a small dish add dressing and vinegar making sure the cucumbers are covered place in fridge one hour or over night.
