Today I crossed over to the dark side and made a pickle-topped pizza. I was inspired to do so after some comments regarding pickles on pizza popped up on Girl Slice's post about pineapple on pizza. I happen to love garlicky dill pickles for breakfast with cottage cheese and I also love deep-fried pickles when I can get them.
The pizza consisted of dough brushed with garlic-infused olive oil, mozzarella, Claussen dill pickle slices on half and wedges on the other half and a sprinkle of Parm.
